I adapted this from a few recipes, namely the vinagrette dressing in the Better Homes and Gardens cookbook and this recipe for Curry Coleslaw.
1 small head coleslaw, shredded thin (about 4 cups?)
1 small salad turnip peeled and sliced thin
4 green onions, chopped
For the dressing:
1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
2 TBSP sugar
1/2 teaspoon curry powder
dash of ginger
4- 5 dashes of hot sauce
Combine dressing ingredients and toss with salad. Top with chopped peanuts when serving.
